5) I will provide an initial three hour consultation for you with a top interior designer to help us maximize your home's marketing impact.
6) I will represent you from start to finish to negotiate your best interests in multiple offer situations, after inspection "issues" arise, and to make sure your transaction closes. Each of these situations can make or lose you thousands of dollars if not handled correctly. With my years of experience, you're in good hands.
